Hi Rachel,
Thank you for your 4-Star rating even though you had to wait that was too long. Please accept my apology. We are taking steps to correct this issue. One thing we are doing is not book so many appointments we have no room for walk-ins. Another is we do our best to inform walk-ins, as accurately as possible, how long a wait they may have. Of course we never know to the minute, but we want you to be able to make an informed decision as to whether you have the time to wait or not. And we are considering other options to make your visit to Zen as enjoyable as possible. Thank you once again for your rating and your comments. They help us become better and better.

Hi Melissa, Thank you so much for your 4-Star rating. I am sure you have heard the saying, "You get what you pay for", well Zen is totally worth what you pay because we are unique in the entire state of IL in several ways. First of all, where else can you go and lose yourself on a tropical island but Zen? The atmosphere is totally unique, but that means nothing if the service is not just as good. Here at Zen, customer service is of the utmost importance. That means if you are not happy with the service you received, all you have to do is let us know and then give us a chance to make it right, because if you do we do all we can to make it right. Thanks again Melissa. We look forward to you coming back in the near future.

Nice people, good work. I have been here quite a few times. I love being able to get in as a walk in pretty quickly. I had an issue with some polish about a week ago (not the stylist's fault) and I brought it to the manager's attention, just so they would know in case they wanted to eliminate that polish. I was not complaining or asking for anything but he kindly reduced the price of my nails today.

Thank you for your 5-Star rating of Zen. With well over 20 technicians, we can usually take care of walk-ins with very little wait. We do our best to make all of our guests satisfied and happy with whatever service they have requested. Occasionally we miss the mark and if our guest, like yourself, makes us aware of it, we will do our best to make it right no matter what the issue may be. It is so encouraging when our efforts are recognized and appreciated by our wonderful guests. We are looking forward to seeing you in the future.
